- Director of Training
- Human Resources Manager
- Any other designated authority
Reports can be made verbally or in writing, and individuals reporting discrimination or harassment will be treated with respect and confidentiality.
7. Investigation and Resolution Process
The Company will promptly and impartially investigate all reports of discrimination or harassment. The investigation will be conducted with sensitivity and respect for all parties involved. If the investigation confirms that discrimination or harassment has occurred, appropriate disciplinary action will be taken, up to and including termination, as applicable.
